RTJ/RTJ-XL Series

The Swenson Replaceable Tailgate Spreader is manufactured to fit most
one-ton dump body trucks. This unit is the first of its kind to include an
easy opening bottom cleanout gate as well as a hydraulic safety interlock
system. This exclusive Swenson interlock provides a safe way to check
the auger from ground level, without going through the dump box. This
type of spreader and mounting allows for the maximum spreader height
available on a one-ton dump body.

S Series

All Swenson S-Series Spreaders are constructed with rigid 1/4" end plates
continuously welded to a 7-gauge auger trough, easily removable anti-flow
covers to prevent the free-flow of material from the discharge opening, and a
one-piece 7-gauge hinged cover/back plate with a lift handle which may be
raised when spreading or lowered when dumping. Unless otherwise specified,
single spinner assemblies are standard on S-Series Spreaders.
Includes hydraulic safety interlock system.

MDV Series

Sized between the pick-up size spreader and the large V-Box models, Swenson's Medium Duty Vee (MDV )
model brings versatility to your fleet. This unit is produced to cover the gap between the 15,000 GVW and
the 20,000 GVW trucks. You'll have the flexibility of a smaller vehicle with the capacity of a larger unit. The
MDV can be driven on its own power or by truck hydraulics. Many options for comparable models, from
other sources, are standard on the MDV. You'll find it to be the unit that completes your fleet.

MiniVee

MiniVee, the smallest spreader is produced by the largest spreader company. The MiniVee
is designed for the small jobs. The hopper measures only sixty inches in length, twenty-five
inches tall and thirty-six inches in width with a capacity of only .56 cubic yard.Standard features
include 1/4" woven wire top screens, 6.5 HP gasoline engine, vehicle battery harness
(allows the spreader"s engine to be started using the vehicle electrical system), replaceable
chain shields and belt-over chain conveyor.The MiniVee can be used for sand/salt application
or to apply fertilizing agents to larger turf areas.

APB 2

The industry's first true All Purpose Body, the APB 2
utilizes a unique removable conveyor system which
minimizes switch over time from dump body to spreader body. The APB 2
also features a simple to operate coal chute style metering gate to regulate the
material flow to a quick detachable spinner mounted to the conveyor rather than the truck frame.

cross bars on 4.5" centers is standard equipment on the All Purpose Body Rear

Swenson Spreader's dual baffle deicing Liquid Spray System brings innovative
technology to the snow and ice control industry. Strategically engineered for
V-box units, the dual baffle system has improved caps, reduces sloshing-which
reduces foaming, and is uniquely designed to tuck into the sides of the V-box configuration.
Ninety gallon and 135 gallon tanks are available in multiple configurations.
