After giving careful consideration to product improvement requests,
common enhancements have been made to our EV Series spreaders.
While all the EV Series spreaders are quite similar in design now, the
one feature that sets one spreader from the other is the drive train:
EV-100 (50:1 or 25:1 Worm Gearbox with 1-1/2” drive shaft, 6 tooth sprockets)
EV-150 (50:1 or 25:1 Worm Gearbox with 2” drive shaft, 8 tooth sprockets)
EV-200 (6:1 Spur Gearbox with 2” drive shaft, 8 tooth sprockets)

But, after that the EV Selection is all yours. EV Select was developed to allow
for custom designing of your hopper type spreader. The program starts with a basic unit and you can customize
it from there.
If there are certain features that you like on any of our EV Series there is no problem,
simply Select the items you desire and custom configure your own
hopper spreader. There are many options available with EV Select
such as sloped front to accommodate telescopic hoist dog houses,
sloped rear to help prevent material free flow, drag chain options such
as 21,000 lb. and 24,000 lb. tensile strength pintle and roller chain, top
screen center beam elevation, 20” polyurethane spinner disc, storage
leg stands, ladder inverted vee, spill shields and the list goes on.
With this program you will receive a photo rendered image, overall
dimensions, hopper center of gravities, material center of gravities,
loaded hopper center of gravities, weight, cubic yard capacity, review
of all selected items and a unit suggested list price at the end of your
custom configuration. Much like the EV100, 150 and 200 you choose
the length in increments of one foot, with EV Select you may
choose width dimensions of eighty, eighty-two (standard) and eightyfour
inches and height dimensions in increments of one inch starting
at forty-six inches to a maximum of seventy-two inches. Simply
contact your inside sales representative with all your requirements
and they will help you custom configure your hopper spreader.
